1.2 Issuance of Credits: Upon successful registration, Everneed AI shall credit your Account with a specified quantity of free credits (hereinafter referred to as "Credits"). These Credits are usable across all tools and services provided on the Everneed AI platform. The provision and use of Credits are subject to the terms and conditions herein and any additional policies or terms provided at the time of credit allocation.
1.3 Encouragement to Test Services: Everneed AI strongly encourages you to utilize these Credits to thoroughly test and evaluate the functionalities and suitability of the platform's tools and services before committing to any paid subscriptions or additional Credit purchases. This testing is advised to ensure that the services meet your requirements and expectations.
Article 2: Refunds
2.1 No Refund Policy: All purchases made through the Everneed AI website, including subscriptions and credits, are deemed final upon confirmation of the transaction. Everneed AI LTD does not provide refunds or credits for any transactions processed through the platform unless required by law.
2.2 Final Sale Notification: Users are advised that all sales are final and non-refundable. To prevent any dissatisfaction or misunderstanding, Everneed AI LTD strongly encourages all users to thoroughly review and utilize the free credits provided upon account registration to assess the suitability of the services prior to making any purchase.
2.3 Exceptional Circumstances: While our policy is to not offer refunds, Everneed AI LTD may, in its sole discretion, provide refunds or other compensation in certain exceptional circumstances. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, cases of service non-delivery due to technical issues that are directly attributable to Everneed AI LTD and are confirmed as such by our support team.
2.4 Legal Requirements: Notwithstanding the above clauses, Everneed AI LTD will comply with any applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the user which might mandate refunds under specific statutory circumstances. In such cases, Everneed AI LTD will process refunds in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

3.1 Subscription Options: Everneed AI LTD offers subscriptions that are available on either a monthly or yearly basis, as well as one-time purchase credits, to provide flexibility and accommodate the varying needs of our users.
3.2 Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless the subscription is canceled by the user. All fees are billed according to the time zone GMT- 4.
3.3 Modification of Subscription Terms: Users may cancel, upgrade, or downgrade their subscriptions at their discretion through the account settings feature on the Everneed AI platform. Any changes made will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal, our authorized payment processing
partners. By submitting your payment details, you agree to the use of these
details for the processing of transactions made via the Everneed AI platform.
4.3 Authorization: By providing a payment method, users confirm that they are authorized to use the designated payment method. Users also authorize Everneed AI, through its payment processing partner, to charge the subscription or purchase fees to the provided payment method.
4.4 User Responsibilities: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that all payment information is accurate and to update payment details as necessary to prevent interruptions in service.

5.1 Usage of Third-Party Services: Everneed AI is powered by OpenAI API (https://openai.com/). By using Everneed AI, you agree to follow the terms and conditions of OpenAI.
5.2 Compliance with Third-Party Terms: Users are required to adhere to the terms and conditions of these third-party services when utilizing them in conjunction with Everneed AI’s offerings. Failure to comply with these terms may result in limitations on or termination of your access to Everneed AI’s services.
